Growing up in small town Nova Scotia, Dr. Myles graduated in 2011 from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. He went on to receive his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), graduating with Clinical Honours in 2015. CMCC is recognized as a world leader in academics and evidence-based research, producing the highest-level clinicians and neuro-musculoskeletal therapists.
Since starting his practice in 2015, Dr. Myles has worked alongside colleagues in a premier multidisciplinary setting at The Centre for Fitness Health, and Performance. He has a passion for continuing education and collaboration, understanding the value of sharing knowledge and listening to new perspectives. Being open-minded makes Dr. Myles a stronger clinician and allows him to effectively communicate with your medical doctor, personal trainer or co-managing therapist.
With a versatile approach, Dr. Myles finds himself working with amazing people from all backgrounds; from elite athletes to weekend warriors, desk workers to labourers, performers to producers and everywhere in between. Dr. Myles competed in badminton on a national stage and has a high-level of experience working with racquet-sport and endurance athletes.

Dr. Myles communicates insights and key principles for you to best understand your physical structure and any contributing dysfunctions or imbalances. He goes above and beyond during treatment sessions and empowers you with holistic tools and resources to help in the process and maintain improvements long-term. As an expert at prescribing therapeutic exercises and postural advice, Dr. Myles’ passion extends to nutrition and mindfulness to offer you a complete wellness picture.
Dr. Myles closely monitors progress with his patients throughout the treatment plan, adjusting and progressing any approach necessary to achieve the best possible outcomes. Dr. Myles is dedicated to the highest level of patient-centered care which is why he puts so much time and effort into advancing his chiropractic practice and techniques.
