WHAT ARE CUSTOM ORTHOTICS?
Orthotics are devices which are inserted into your footwear to help support and align your foot and lower body. A custom orthotic is designed specifically and uniquely for you and your personal health goals. Our trained team will assess your foot, ankle, and body alignment to discover any limitations that may be contributing to current pain or potential threats for future injury. Their findings, along with your lifestyle goals, will determine the type of orthotics to be made.
A mould of your foot is taken to create the perfect orthotic for you. No two custom orthotics are alike so you can rest assured the device will be a great fit.
Orthotics can lift your arches, correct leg length discrepancies, and alleviate pressure with cushioning. Correcting the biomechanics and alignment from your feet up to your hips and back can help ease heel pain, knee pain, and even low back pain.
