POSITIONS OF RELIEF
WHILE OPENING

Finding the best jaw positions and variations to open with minimal click and pain. Retraining how to open to avoid constant aggravation of the tissues.

Perform exercise for 20 repetitions, 3x daily.

​

There should be minimal to no pain or click during these exercises. If clicking or pain persists, pause until you can speak with your treating therapist.
