SELF-MASSAGE TECHNIQUES: 
EAR FULLNESS & RINGING

How to massage the muscles around your ear and jaw to open passages and reduce pulling tensions.

Perform 3-5x daily.

There should be minimal pain during these exercises. As these muscles can become quite tight, it is normal to experience mild discomfort. If symptoms persist or increase, pause until you can speak to your treating therapist
